Today started with a shopping trip with me and my mom, and as part of my Christmas presents I got to pick out a new winter coat! We got me a new Michael Kor's coat from Macy's, and I am very excited to wear it! We stopped by a few more places, but nothing too exciting. When I came home I put use to one of my other Christmas presents which was a cupcake making book called "Whats New, Cupcake?" and a cupcake making kit. The Whats New, Cupcake? book shows you how to make some really interesting looking cupcakes and I told my dad to pick one to make and he can take it to everyone in his office. And of course he chose rats; which were not only the ugliest cupcakes in the book, but probably the complex ones too! So I baked up a bunch of regular and mini cupcakes, and I attempted to decorate them. Which was extremely difficult. I did my best though and they were delicious, but necessarily pretty. Since today is the last day of Christmas break, that means it's also the last day of junk eating for everyone in my house, so these cupcakes were our last big treat. To motivate some extra After-Holiday weight loss, me and my mom are competing to see who loses the most in two weeks, wish me luck!
